  • Having completed military service or are exempt, and are free for overseas travel.
  • Having experience in applicable job field.
  • Having English ability (above TOEIC 600) for freshmen

Recruiting Process

Step1

Documents Filing

Applicants will be required to fill up the online application form on the recruitment home page during the applicable period.
Our specialists and H. R. managers will review it and pick up the right people for each field.
We don’t use any automated screening tool in document screening.

Step2

Online Personality Test

The selected potential candidates will take our online personality test. It will take about 40 minutes, focusing on each applicant’s potential and adaptability to organization.

Step3

Working-level Interview

Our specialists and H.R. managers will evaluate each applicant’s basic knowledge and professionalism. The interview will include a presentation about an applicant’s major, in a form of one to multiple.

Step4

Executives’ Interview

As examiners, executives in charge of the applicable job field will evaluate each applicant’s capacity to suit the core values and the employee qualification.

Step5

Physical examination

The candidates who passed the interviews will be required to take medical checkup, and special checkup may be added to the standard checkup process.

Step6

Successful Candidates

Successful candidates are required to prepare the documents according to the employment guide, including degree certificate, language score certificate, etc.
