LIG Nex1 (CEO Shin Ick-hyun) has relocated and expanded the company’s Saudi Arabia office to enhance export competitiveness and global business capabilities, particularly in the Middle East.
The relocation ceremony was held in the capital city, Riyadh, on the 14th (local time), and was attended by LIG Nex1 CEO Shin Ick-hyun,
Head of the Overseas Business Division Lee Hyun-soo, and key figures from the local government and defense companies.
With the office expansion, the company plans to strengthen the functions and role of its local base to match its expanding Middle East business.
LIG Nex1 has been steadily expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries.
The company has established dedicated business and research teams for overseas exports and proposes locally tailored solutions.
Through R&D and after-sales management tailored to regional characteristics, the company has built trust with Middle Eastern nations.
There is high interest in advanced weapon systems, such as the L-SAM (Long-Range Surface-to-Air Missile System), within the Middle East region.
LIG Nex1 plans to further strengthen its competitiveness in the Middle East market and focus on securing a foundation for sustained growth.
